拍(pai)擊式標準振篩機(皮帶式)的工作(zuo)原理及(ji)注意事項

拍擊式標(biao)準振篩機工(gong)作原理(li):
電機(ji)帶(dai)動(dong)齒輪(lun)通過(guo)同(tong)(tong)步帶(dai)傳動(dong)到主(zhu)軸上(shang),經齒輪(lun)變(bian)速(su)后主(zhu)軸按要求(qiu)的轉速(su)轉動(dong),主(zhu)軸帶(dai)動(dong)偏(pian)心(xin)輪(lun)使滑(hua)板做往(wang)復運(yun)動(dong),帶(dai)動(dong)安裝在(zai)滑(hua)板托盤中的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)左(zuo)右搖動(dong),同(tong)(tong)時主(zhu)軸帶(dai)動(dong)頂(ding)桿齒輪(lun)轉動(dong),變(bian)速(su)后頂(ding)桿齒輪(lun)通過(guo)凸(tu)輪(lun)頂(ding)擊頂(ding)桿,頂(ding)桿使拍(pai)(pai)錘(chui)上(shang)下(xia)拍(pai)(pai)擊試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)上(shang)蓋(gai),使得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)、分(fen)樣篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)中的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)往(wang)復和上(shang)下(xia)振動(dong),使小于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)面網孔的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)顆篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)分(fen)落(luo)入下(xia)層試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai),如此層層篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)選,使每層試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)內只留(liu)相同(tong)(tong)粒度的物(wu)料(liao)(liao),達到不同(tong)(tong)粒度的分(fen)離并確定此物(wu)料(liao)(liao)的粒度組成。
拍(pai)擊式(shi)標準振篩機使用注意(yi)事項(xiang):
1、拍擊式(shi)標準振篩機電機轉動(dong)方向必須(xu)按箭頭所指方向轉動(dong)(三相電機因采用凸輪頂擊頂桿,方向轉向會(hui)卡住,無法轉動(dong))。
2、檢查電(dian)機轉動方向(xiang)方法(fa):開(kai)機前提起頂桿,再開(kai)機,此時檢查電(dian)動轉動方向(xiang),如方向(xiang)不對可(ke)將三(san)相中的(de)兩相交(jiao)換(huan)線頭后(hou)再試(shi),確定方向(xiang)正(zheng)確后(hou)再正(zheng)常(chang)使用。(切記:不能(neng)帶電(dian)調整)
