物料濕度對砂石生產線中直線振動篩的影響

一、含濕量不(bu)易于直線振動(dong)篩生產(chan)
做為(wei)使篩網表面產生復旋型震動(dong)的(de)直線振(zhen)動(dong)篩,是并不少設(she)備(bei)(bei)項目(mu)中重要的(de)工藝設(she)備(bei)(bei),對于篩選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)分級(ji)(ji)(ji)潮(chao)(chao)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)時,潮(chao)(chao)濕細粒級(ji)(ji)(ji)粘性物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)互(hu)相沾結成團松散困難,或粘附在篩網表面上(shang)堵(du)機(ji)篩眼,減輕有用(yong)篩選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)分級(ji)(ji)(ji)面積(ji),導致篩選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)分級(ji)(ji)(ji)效率(lv),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)粘連也使篩眼尺寸變小,堵(du)機(ji)篩眼,減輕了有用(yong)篩選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)分級(ji)(ji)(ji)面積(ji),濕度(du)太高的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)有時甚至不能做出篩選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)分級(ji)(ji)(ji)。
二、處理方案
1、烘干物料(liao)
因為(wei)篩(shai)(shai)選(xuan)分級(ji)潮濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)時,因為(wei)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)振動篩(shai)(shai)篩(shai)(shai)眼(yan)堵機而導致直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)振動篩(shai)(shai)正常工(gong)作,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)濕(shi)度太高(gao),易形成粘(zhan)連,在(zai)震動流程中,物(wu)(wu)塊彼此(ci)擠壓,粘(zhan)連更(geng)加密(mi)實,從而增力口物(wu)(wu)料(liao)運(yun)動的阻力,以致物(wu)(wu)料(liao)形狀分層與透(tou)篩(shai)(shai)產(chan)生(sheng)困難;所以,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)濕(shi)度太高(gao)時,篩(shai)(shai)選(xuan)分級(ji)工(gong)藝應思(si)考(kao)一(yi)部分挽(wan)回方法,在(zai)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)做出篩(shai)(shai)選(xuan)分級(ji)前,運(yun)用烘干(gan)機將物(wu)(wu)料(liao)烘干(gan)后再往直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)振動篩(shai)(shai)上運(yun)送。
2、改造(zao)直線振動(dong)篩
