  振動(dong)篩現(xian)強烈震動(dong)的解決方法(fa)

1.電機(ji)軸承(cheng)摩擦性較大
振動(dong)篩(shai)上的振動(dong)電機軸承因為承受較(jiao)大的激振力會(hui)(hui)引起彈性(xing)振動(dong),如果軸承因為潤(run)滑脂(zhi)缺(que)少或質量不佳(jia)就會(hui)(hui)產生較(jiao)大的摩擦性(xing),使電機軸承在使用中溫度(du)過(guo)高膨脹造成(cheng)徑向游(you)隙減小引發篩(shai)機強(qiang)烈震動(dong)。
解決方法:需要定期檢查(cha)振動電機(ji)軸承潤(run)滑脂是否缺失(shi)并使用潤(run)滑脂。
2.振動電機(ji)激振力過大

解決(jue)方法:調整振(zhen)動(dong)電機兩端的偏心塊夾角(jiao)改變激振(zhen)力(li)(li)的大(da)小(xiao),夾角(jiao)小(xiao),激振(zhen)力(li)(li)變大(da),振(zhen)幅變大(da)。夾角(jiao)變大(da),激振(zhen)力(li)(li)變小(xiao),振(zhen)幅變小(xiao)。
3.軸(zhou)承與軸(zhou)承座孔選擇不當
振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)篩(shai)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)機軸(zhou)承與軸(zhou)承座孔選(xuan)擇不(bu)當也(ye)會(hui)造成篩(shai)機出現強烈震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),若選(xuan)擇的(de)軸(zhou)承座孔過小,會(hui)使軸(zhou)承滾道形狀(zhuang)產生變(bian)形,使篩(shai)機運轉(zhuan)時產生異常震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
解決(jue)方法:軸(zhou)承座孔(kong)要選(xuan)擇合適的大小,可在軸(zhou)承座內放置橡膠減震(zhen)環(huan)從(cong)而震(zhen)動。
4.軸承(cheng)徑向游隙(xi)變小或變大
振動(dong)(dong)篩(shai)上(shang)的(de)振動(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)軸(zhou)承(cheng)徑向游隙變小會(hui)使軸(zhou)承(cheng)過磨和升(sheng)溫產(chan)生高頻振動(dong)(dong)從而引(yin)發(fa)篩(shai)機(ji)(ji)強烈震動(dong)(dong),過大會(hui)降低軸(zhou)承(cheng)徑向固(gu)有的(de)頻率(lv)(lv)易產(chan)生共振引(yin)起低頻率(lv)(lv)震動(dong)(dong)。
解決(jue)方法:振動(dong)電機軸(zhou)承徑向游隙要適當調整,不能(neng)過(guo)(guo)小或過(guo)(guo)大。可以將(jiang)軸(zhou)承外圈進行磨削以達到合適的間隙。
