根據這些實際情況,我們研制了氣流篩粉機。只要將此設備串聯在生產系統(tong)中(zhong),也(ye)就是放(fang)在干燥機與包裝機中(zhong)間,就可以(yi)讓整個系統(tong)實現(xian)密閉、無(wu)粉塵的(de)環保要求。采用風路運(yun)轉(zhuan),解決了(le)堵網(wang)問(wen)題而且產量還大,節(jie)省了(le)人力。
普通電機是維修方便,適合偏遠區域,有防爆要求,1800 型或以上機型的設計。運作的原理就是物料受力在篩面上做三次元運動,物料的流動性和粘性比較影響物料的過網速度,所以對于粘性較大流動性很差的橡膠助劑來說僅能篩分一些比較好篩的物料或目數較低,產量較低的物料篩分。Copyright(C)
